George leads the global recruitment strategy that identifies and signs the next generation of talent for the academy. With a background in technology, he also drives the club's digital and operational evolution, working closely with Marketing and Operations.

Javier brings over 13 years as a player at Villarreal CF and CD Roda to the club's global recruitment. A Master's degree in the United States let him study football methodologies across cultures, and he travels frequently to evaluate players and grow the club's international network.
